Night Guard Mold Instructions

Before beginning:

1. Brush teeth and floss thoroughly to clean teeth to ensure quality impressions. If you need extra putty because of a mistake or have any questions/problems, please give us a chance to make things right! Please email contact@drsongusa.com.

2. Find which tray fits your mouth best and get your 2 containers of putty ready.

3. After taking your impression, please rinse it under warm water for 30 seconds to wash off any saliva and to prevent spoilage during shipping.

4. Email us your shipping address at contact@drsongusa.com and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to put on your white mailer bag within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Flip your instruction card over and fill out the form and send us back the card and your trays, both used and unused, inside the extra white envelope provided and use your pre-paid label. You should get your night guard back in around 2-3 weeks.

TIP: Please make sure to apply even pressure to BOTH your back and front teeth to get a nice deep impression.  Most mistakes happen from either the front or back teeth being too shallow.
